Ardhachakrasana


Meaning:-

Ardhyachandrasana


Meaning:-

"Ardhya" means half and "Chandra" means moon.

Ardhyamatsyendrasana


Meaning:-

"Ardha" means half. This asana is named after the great master of Hathayoga called "Matsyendranath"

Bhujangasana

"Bhuja" means upper arm and "Bhujanga" means a large snake. Hence it gets the name "Bhujanga" because of its posture of a snake with its hood drawn out.

Shirsasana
